Ellie's determination has impressed me ever since I first met her as a writer of
the First Class Comic Review fanzine, and I am likewise impressed by her
latest work, the Power Punch Boot Camp webcomic she creates with Aw Yeah
Comics artist Alejandro Rosado. In my 17 years as a professional, it has been
rare to encounter hopeful creators of any age that have already taken
the initiative to begin creating on their own, and it's this initiative
and determination that sets Ellie apart from the crowd. Talented,
motivated, and enthusiastic, I think Ellie is exactly the sort of
candidate you will want. I have no doubt she will grow
to become a success.
